Our care coordinator will visit your home to discuss your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. This comprehensive assessment typically takes 60-90 minutes and helps us create your bespoke care plan.

We can usually start services within 48 hours of completing your assessment. In urgent situations, we may be able to arrange emergency cover sooner.

No, we don’t require minimum contracts. Whether you need ongoing support or occasional assistance, we’re here to help.

Our Team

Yes, all our team members undergo comprehensive DBS background checks, professional reference checks, and thorough vetting before joining our team.

Our team receives extensive training in care practices, health and safety, first aid, and ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standards of service.

Where possible, we aim to provide consistency with your care team. However, we may occasionally need to provide alternative team members to ensure continuous service.

Yes, we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.

Costs and Payment

Our pricing varies depending on the services required and frequency of visits. We provide transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden costs during your free assessment.

We accept bank transfer, direct debit and payment links. We can also work with some insurance policies – please enquire about your specific situation.

No, we don’t charge setup fees. Our free assessment includes care plan creation with no additional costs.

We invoice every 2 weeks and payment is due within 7 days.

Service Areas and Availability

We serve Leicestershire and surrounding areas including Oadby, Wigston, Blaby, Enderby, and other nearby locations. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your specific area.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Care services can be provided 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends as required.

Yes, we provide emergency support for existing clients outside normal hours. New emergency referrals may be possible depending on circumstances.
